Delete Your Data

Permanently delete all personal data associated with your BluPlay account, including athlete records, tickets, messages, and school assignments. This action cannot be undone.

Please to delete your data, or email support@bluplay.app and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Modify or Correct Your Data

Request changes to inaccurate or outdated personal information, such as your name, contact details, or athlete profile data.

Opt Out of Data Sharing

Request that we restrict sharing of your personal data with third parties (excluding payment processors and tax authorities where required by law).

For parents and students: Under FERPA and COPPA, you may also contact your school's designated FERPA administrator to inspect, correct, or restrict disclosure of student education records. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
